Catalina Matas Font
Master in business administration/tourism, 1975, business manager of Unics.
Catalina studied in Germany, England and Spain and is responsible for the office organization and accountancy of Unics. As a true local she disposes of useful contacts to local boards and institutions for special event permits.

Matthias Soeder
Master in business administration/tourism, 1971, business manager of Unics.
Matthias established himself on Mallorca in 1999. He has been working in the event and tourism industry since 1993 and participated in a lot of classic events like Camel Trophy, Nuit de la Glisse, Fa Men Explorer Tour, Banff Mountain Film Festival, PWA Worldcup etc. With an MBA and a lot of trainer licences in his pocket he is the ideal partner for the organization of outdoor events.

Wolfgang Weiss
Master in business administration/tourism, 1972, business manager of Unics.
Wolfgang has been working in the event and tourism business since 1993. After working stays in Chile and Norway he settled himself on Mallorca in 1999.
Being a mountain guide from Austria, he spends most of his free time in the Tramuntana mountain range.

Boro Salvador Martinez
Biologist, 1980,  „Boro“  has joined the Unics Team in 2006. Thanks to his organization skills he plays an important part in our event management.
Being a true watermen and a World Cup Windsurfer, he comes into operation in any kind of water sport programs.

Martin Bogedal
Master in business administration/tourism, 1975, Martin is one of the four MBA students of the University of Kempten/Germany in our company.
He is an enthusiastic outdoor guide and speaks 5 languages fluently.

Daniella Larrarte Mimica
Diploma in comunication, 1977, Daniella has supported our company since the beginning. She has a true talent for organisation and is known for her charming character. If you don’t see her working, she may spend her time kite surfing in the blue waters of the Mediterranean.

Anne-Helene Bastiand
Diploma in Industrial Design with Management, 1971, Anne recently has joined the Unics team. She is a PADI-Instructor, Skipper and Assistent Canyoning Guide. A true allrounder and our first guide from France! Bienvenue la France!

Juan Ximenis
Juan is our expert in water sports. As a professional captain and the owner of a water sport centre he owns all the necessary licences for motor and sailing boats.

Thomas Schmidt
Master in business administration/tourism, 1973, Thomas is in charge of the distribution of Unics in Germany. He is a favoured dialog partner for our German clients thanks to his communications talents and his broad tourism and outdoor knowledge.

Harald Lohinger
Harald is our senior mountain guide. Running a ski school in Austria, he spends the winter months in the alps. Born and raised in the mountains, Austrian Mountain guide, ski instructor and ex special forces member, he is the most experienced mountain guide on the Balearics.

Michael Oberbauer
Michael supports our team in the high season. In wintertime he works a mountain guide and ski instructor in the alps. On Mallorca he is in charge of the technical mountain programs and highly recommended for his large experience.

Tobias Kroneberg
Tobias is the second mountain guide from the alps, who supports our team in high season. The rest of the season he works in the Suisse alps where he sets standards with “free solo climbing”.
